I Haven't been able to get on it for a while either. I've still been able to
get through to their FTP site at the address:
                  ftp.dps-inc.com

Even this address seems to be down quite a bit, but I was just on a couple
of minutes ago.
By the way, the latest version of PVR software on line is V. 2.02.
